Dental Insurance - There are a wide variety of dental insurance plans and they all pay differently for services. All policies have different restrictions and will not pay 100% of all charges. As a courtesy to our patients, we submit your insurance claims. We will do our best to help you understand your insurance benefits and maximize these benefits. Please supply a copy of your dental insurance card prior to your initial visit to help us obtain as much information as possible to understand your coverage.
If you have specific questions about network participation, contact your insurance company. Because your insurance is between you, your employer, and your insurance company, if you desire different coverage, you may consider discussing this with the Human Resources Department at your workplace.
